Finca La Galera and Finca Teresa have been family owned since 1972. Finca La Galera is  located in Apantilla, 45 minutes from Xicotepec de Puebla and has 8 coffee producing hectares. Finca Teresa is in Los Pinos, Puebla and has a total of 50 hectares, of which 30 are dedicated to coffee production. With a strong rich body, this cup has a fabulous complexity along with incredible balance and mild acidity. Its intense flavour and lingering aftertaste are a delight, with the flavour notes of Lime, Golden Raisin and Bakers Chocolate.
